The APATS 2024 Heads of Training workshop will take the form of roundtable discussions, led by industry SMEs to allow for lively and candid conversation. These open discussions will allow all attendees to freely discuss five or six current issues for those leading training departments.

The session aims to facilitate insightful discussions, share best practices, and inspire innovation in aviation training. Our goal is to empower training leaders with the knowledge, tools, and connections needed to elevate the standards of training excellence. Together, we can shape the future of aviation education, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continual advancement in the training landscape.
