Engineering Training Manager, Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd.

Geoff has been Jetstar’s Engineering Training Manager for over four years. 

Bringing more than 40 years professional aviation experience, Geoff has served with the Australian military and civil aviation as both technical ground crew and flight crew, several airlines in engineering training roles and several Australian Registered Training Organisations.

Driving structural reform, Geoff leads his team to develop long term strategic plans to measure performance, determine quality improvement, reduce workload and improved training database management delivering improved data reporting and recording accuracy.

Geoff is passionate about enabling his team to build capacity, joined Qantas Learning Leader forum providing a Jetstar training voice to Qantas Group, established the Qantas Engineering Training Manager Group network and the Jetstart Training Manager Group network.
